Mevlüt works on the product and engineering side of MusicGenerate, which in practice means the parts of the site a reader never thinks about: how fast a page loads, whether the free browser tools actually run locally, and whether the audio pipeline does what the interface claims it does.

His contributions here are mostly to the technical pages — the free audio tools and the signal processing behind them. Every tool on this site processes audio in the browser with the Web Audio API rather than uploading it to a server, and that decision has consequences that shape the writing: what is possible without a backend, why centre-channel cancellation removes the bass along with the vocal, and where an in-browser tool is genuinely worse than a hosted one and we say so.

He reviews technical claims before publication. Where a page explains how something works — autocorrelation for tempo detection, spectral profiling for key detection, granular time-stretching for pitch shifting — the explanation is checked against what the code actually does rather than against what the general literature says it should.

Anything he writes that involves a measurement carries the method with it, on the principle that a number without a method is a marketing claim.
